The front desk staff were great and helpful. Houskeeping did not show up one day, this happened to other guests I knew in other rooms. Another day, house keeping left a stack of dirty towels in the middle of the hallway for more that 30 min. One of the bartenders was loudly talking about updating her resume and how unhappy she was, it was unpleasant to be at the bar.

So if you're using Uber it's going to take you to a weird part that's not actually in front of the hotel so be aware of that because there's a little part where it won't let any cars cross over cuz there's a gate and it never fails Uber will always take them to the wrong spot. Other than that it's a clean property the staff seems friendly, good location, and I love that their incidental deposit releases like right after you check out and you don't have to wait like a week to get it back.

Nice location, nice room, just a few improvements to the room, there was no regular coffee, only decaf, shower gel container was empty, and the tub was missing the drain stopper. Plenty of restaurants around.

Excellent stay at Buckhead Atlanta! The hotel was wonderful, and the staff was truly amazing. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The service exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here

The staff were great. From Derell at the front desk, the young valet guy telling my husband where he could find Mt. Dew, to the other staff we encountered in lobby or outside were as nice and friendly as anyone could ask for. We ordered burgers & fries from the snack bar & they were way beyond what we expected from a hotel burger. They were fantastic. From how we treated & how friendly Everyone was to us, we would definitely rebook this hotel again.
