The staff was very lovely and was able to help with everything we needed. Some of the amenities are questionable though. The hot tub was broken and out of service and the outdoor pool was absolutely filthy. Also, the soaps in my bathroom were not filled, and I did not notice until I was already in the shower. It’s a nice hotel. Gets the job done. And the restaurant and breakfast are nice and good quality.

The hotel was clean, bright, and well maintained. The only thing I didn't care for is that all of the amenities came with a cost. Whereas usually Hilton Garden Inns provide breakfast, you had to buy breakfast here. There were also snacks available, but all came at a price. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff were very friendly. However, the hotel was marketed as being recently renovated which is inaccurate. The elevators were broken, shuttle was a long wait (45mins) and only serviced domestic terminal which is fine with the train but not ideal for early international flights or flights with families. Bedding was stained, lumpy pillows and the bathrooms had pink soap scum throughout the shower.
