I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I had read awful reviews, but decided to give it a try. Glad I did. Good selection of breakfast items, very clean hotel, beautiful decor, game room, gym, nice indoor pool, very clean rooms with microwave and refrigerator in the room.

The rooms were very clean, and there was plenty of parking available, which made our stay convenient. However, the breakfast was disappointing. Most of the food runs out at 9:00 a.m. instead of 10:00 a.m., and there was very little variety. There were no options such as fresh fruit salad or vegetables, and during our six-day stay, the same breakfast was served every day. In addition, the food ran out quickly, making it difficult to enjoy the meal if you arrived later. Overall, I would rate the breakfast 4/10. While the rooms and parking were excellent, I hope the hotel improves the breakfast selection and service for future guests.

Pros: First look lobby looks pretty. Cold AC in room. Toiletries provided. Cons: Carpet in room felt sticky and there was a wet spot near the bed. The tub faucet had hair on it, no complimentary water bottles, only one elevator is working. Breakfast was okay but not so much tea packet selection and almost empty. Breakfast area furnitures are already peeling.

The room was clean, the bathroom shower had a very slow drain. The room smelled humid! There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Breakfast buffet was okay, they had different food choices which that was good. I hate that they haven’t fix the back elevator so you have to walk to the very front of the hotel and then walk all the way back again to where your room is at. Been to the same hotel 2 times in one month and the elevator is still out of order.
