Staff was great and helpful, easy check in. Hotel seemed rundown and smelled dirty. Our room was better, but bathroom needed to be remodeled. For a quick and cheaper option and only needing a place to sleep.

Half the lights didn’t work, the TV remote was broken upon entry and I had to manually turn the tv on/off and change the channels by pressing the buttons on the tv. The A/C never could be turned on. The microwave didn’t work until I plugged into a different outlet. They only give you 1 roll of toilet paper. The bed was OK. The room was decently sized. Almost every time I tried to get into the room it took like 5/6 tries with the room key as the door just wouldn’t open. One night I was completely locked out and needed to call someone at 3 am to help me back in. The staff was friendly. The hotel was about a 20 minute walk from Truist park, and there wasn’t many stores/food spots that close by,

Staff was nice. Room had clean beds. Building definitely a little dated and showing some wear, but it was a decent place to sleep for 1 night for a braves game. Within fair walking distance to Truist Park and the battery if you have good legs.

Overall the place is in need of a lot of maintenance. The staff is nice enough. The breakfast is only a muffin and coffee. There is a lot of rust in bathroom, microwave, fridge, doors - well things just need to be replaced. The place is dog friendly. I have a higher than normal standard living - for the price I paid maybe it was fair but I will not be staying again no matter the price.

All staff members service is beyond phenomenal and they all helped my family more than i expected making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. I wish other hotel/motel businesses had more people like them. I have no issues nor complaints about anything here , the staff made me feeling like family. My experience staying here is the reason i have extended my stay here and haven't left. They all deserve a raise.

I cannot recommend this property to anyone. My stay was an incredibly frustrating experience characterized by poor maintenance and a lack of transparency regarding the condition of the rooms. Upon arrival, I was cycled through three different rooms, all of which were unacceptable. Because my payment had already been processed, I felt unable to cancel my reservation or seek alternatives. Even after being moved to a suite, the conditions were deplorable. I encountered numerous hygiene and maintenance failures, including dirty kitchen appliances, damaged cabinets, a broken microwave vent, exposed wiring, and wall staining. Additionally, the facility's elevator was out of service throughout my stay. This was a significant health and safety issue for me, as I have medical conditions that make navigating stairs physically difficult and painful at times. For the price paid, I expected a clean, safe, and functional room, but this property fell far short of any reasonable standard. The lack of professionalism and transparency from the staff made a bad situation even worse. Travelers should look elsewhere for their stay in Atlanta.

This hotel was very run down. The pictures on the app are very deceiving. Check in is at 3 and we walked in at 3:45. Our room wasn’t ready until 4:15. We got into the elevator with another group of people and the elevator stopped right before the 3rd floor where our room was. We had to call the emergency button to go back down to the 1st floor. Had to take the stairs the rest of the night because the elevator was not operating afterwards. Get into our hotel room and the room is very outdated. We did not use the tub because it was disgusting looking and very worn out, black looking. The tv faced the window and we couldn’t watch tv laying in bed. And the couched faced the bed and not the tv either. After the Braves game, we came back to the room to find our door cracked open. Don’t know if somebody came in after we left to give us more towels or what, but the door was open when we returned. Luckily the bed was decent and the hotel was quiet and the AC worked well! The only good thing really to say.
