All staff was helpful and kind. My family and I was accommodated as soon as my flight landed in ATL. I was shuttled to the hotel and checked in. The hotel was clean and organized. The variety breakfast was hot and made to order. My stay was pleasant and relaxing, no complaints. Additionally, I love how Joel Osteen- Lakewood Church was playing on all screens on Sunday morning. (That was the highlight of the my stay) Thank you!

I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Atlanta while attending a wedding, and overall, I had a great experience. Tyler and the other tall young gentleman working with him at check-in were exceptional. They were friendly, respectful, helpful, and very accommodating. I did need to switch rooms because of a cleanliness issue, but they handled it professionally and without any attitude or inconvenience. They immediately issued me another room and made the process easy. Breakfast was also wonderful. I did not get a chance to enjoy the happy hour during this stay, but Tyler and his coworker truly stood out and made my experience much better. Their customer service was excellent!
