The stay has a secure key access to enter the hotel, provides a safe and secure stay given that the area is not the safest. Hotel is directly across peachtree station which is highly beneficial. Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, chick fila, firehouse subs around to eat. The staff was really kind and friendly! My stay was great. Room was serviced while we were gone.

It is a nice property in the heart of Atlanta. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Marta station. We enjoyed our stay and every staff member was super friendly

The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. However the area is not so good. The room was tiny, good for one person. The A/C quit working on our second day, but it was always late when we returned and really didnt have the time to deal with it. So very uncomfortable temperature to sleep in. On the bright side, there is an excellent brewery, Skohl, right across the street 😀

Excellent Customer Service!

Stacy was so amazing! Her customer service goes above and beyond! All of the front desk staff and housekeeping attendants were so nice. I even had an unexpected change to my travel plans due to weather and they made it so easy for me to extend my stay. I definitely will be back again and again. I highly recommend for those on solo travel for business or leisure.

Parking was inconvenient regardless of if you self parked, did valet, or uber. Other than that, it was a great hotel, and we enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, clean room, and was quiet on the 6th floor.

Excellent location! Perfect for our trip and activities. Restaurants, entertainment and the main Atlanta venues are a short walk away. Hotel staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. This is an older property but is remodeled nicely and is clean. We will stay here for future visits.
