Overall great stay. Front desk staff was super nice and welcoming. Rooms were clean and nice, the morning breakfast buffet was good. The only negative comment I have about our stay was the fire alarm was tripped from a guest smoking in their room at 3:30 am. Obviously not the hotels fault but really annoying! Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here for over a week while relocating to Atlanta, and it was the perfect temporary home. The hotel feels brand new and modern, and the staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was excellent—very clean and thoughtfully designed with a large, comfortable bed, a spacious study desk, and a convenient kitchenette. I really appreciated the extra amenities like the well-equipped gym and the guest laundry, which are so helpful for longer stays. The complimentary breakfast was a daily highlight; it is simple, fresh, and exactly what you need to start the day. The location is also unbeatable: it’s just a 10-minute walk to the MARTA station and very conveniently located near Perimeter Mall for shopping and dining. Clean, comfortable and great area.

This place is modern, stylish and beautiful. Rooms are nice size with beautiful restrooms and the bar downstairs even has a happy hour. The hotel is in walking distance to the mall and shopping centers and there’s even a taqueria right outside the hotel. I can’t wait to visit again.

Smallest room I've ever stayed in. The curtains were half disconnected at the top and difficult to open or close. Evening reception was toast, some very small pieces of cheese, and a half cup of fruit. Breakfast was mediocre. They did let us check in early and the staff was friendly. The website said there is a restaurant but there is not.

I loved this new hotel. Stafff was friendly and helpful! The room was very spacious and comfortable. I just wished breakfast was cooked to order. Instead they cooked stuff and just left it out for you to help yourself. If cold you could warm it in the microwave. But I would definitely stay again!

Nice Surprise!

We had never stayed at an Element before, so my wife & I decided to give it a try. It seemed to be a very new property. Great service, very well stocked room. Our room did not have a lot of room to get in and out on one side, but we managed. Not a lot in this neighborhood yet, but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall, we were pleased!

The hotel was very nice. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location. The service was just okay. Everyone was polite but we did have an issue where there was some construction going on so it sounded like they were drilling literally on our ceiling and it was extremely loud. When we called the front desk she just said oh yeah the restaurant is doing construction. We weren’t told in advance or offered anything for the inconvenience. It woke us up out of our sleep several times. Other than that everything was great.
