We arrived at a very busy time and Derrick was exceptional. Very polite and welcoming. Maintained a smile on his face every time we saw him. Room was a good room overall, despite the ironing board being broken. Breakfast was good. I liked that they had different options each day. Parking was good although leaving each time was a hassle. We had to call to the front each time to exit because the gate would not open. Location was ideal for where we were trying to go. Close to our venue 15 minute drive and had plenty of food options in walking distance. It was a great stay despite the minor hiccups. We will keep this location in mind for future travel.

The overall Hotel was beautiful. I definitely felt like it was a safe place. The valet people were awesome. Housekeeping was terrible, I had to ask them for 2 and a half days to change my sheets and make my bed. When I went to the front desk and explain to them that my sheets were dirty and I needed new sheets and a clean room they told me that they would send this housekeeping supervisor. I left for a little while and came back. Once I got back the bed was made with the same dirty sheets they never cleaned my room they did not change the trash wipe off the tables and they left the ice bucket with water in the plastic bag. They did not refill my cups my coffee or anything else. The other problem I have is it's a very nice hotel and you pay a pretty penny to stay there why do you have to pay for parking that is unheard of.

Had stayed here a couple of times before, but third time was the charm --- much better this time around with the restaurant being the exception. At check-in we were told the restaurant would be open for dinner, but did not open at all for two days.Luckily, there are some good eateries in walking distance.

Always enjoy a clean room, didn’t spend time to see much at the hotel or see the pool or fitness room. Read a sign stating fitness room is either changing or under construction and that the ice bucket machine is no longer on floors. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is nice. Water pressure is good. A shuttle to and from airport all great things.
