Parking was good, no issues. The little red headed girl at the front was so sweet and helpful. The room was clean and just what we needed after the concert. I did notice some building issues. One was the elevator, the panel was loose and missing some screws. The second thing is the shower curtain rod is installed incorrectly. When you try to shut the curtain it just slides down to the middle and water goes all over the floor. I think maybe the maintenance folks need a install video or maybe some guidance.Other than that everything was satisfactory.

The AC in our originally assigned room wasn't working and they quickly found us a different room to switch to. Both rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was very basic - it would be nice if there were some hot options like you find at Hampton Inn's and other Hilton properties.
