My room was clean. I had a comfortable mattress. New carpet because there were a few trimmings left behind. I ended up not cooking in the room, but there was a nice, clean glass cook top for use. Full size refrigerator and full size dishwasher. I had an issue with the diverter for the shower. More coming out of the spout than the shower head. I reported it twice, it wasn't repaired. I managed with it. I agreed to extra points since it wasn't working as it should. I'm pretty sure that the first floor are long-term "residents "? Many families have been displaced due to unaffordable rentals. My only negative really is that the elevator is not working. If you are on the second or third floors you will need to use the emergency/fire escape stairs at the end of the hallway. This is also where smokers go to smoke outside. My view was comical, but I wasn't there for the view and this side was truly nice and quiet. I appreciate the quietness since I'm attending a class for 15 days.

It was decent. Staff was very nice, easy check in. $50 deposit! Room was nice for a smoking room. Clean but it’s not a Hilton! Property was very welcoming and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. However, I can’t bring myself to give a good review to a hotel that just turns their water off in the middle of the day for maintenance. Do things happen? Absolutely. However, I do not find it absurd to ask that the hotel I am staying at to maintain water while I am staying there. To leave a piece of paper on the door say “plan accordingly” in reference to having no water from 9am-5pm is asinine. No running water = no good review.
