Elevator and hallways need to be cleaned better because it smelled weird but overall it was cool but I don’t think I’ll book here again! I just like things a little bit more clean! Definitely an older hotel!

The staff is very professional and courteous. The laundry area needs mor cleaning. I have clots in my lungs that interfere with my breathing. The A/C/fan filters were layered with lent and area was not dusted leading to poor ventilation. There is not a door that separates the workout area from the laundry room, so the ventilation is poor in that area as well. Dust is a biological hazard and I did become ill from it.

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews, but turned out to be the worse experience I had for my entire trip. My room was nice & clean, but the most important part; the bed smelled like someone else’s bed body odor….I think they didn’t bother to change the sheets! Sorry to say that I felt disgusted!

Only one morning desk staff was helpful. Only one housekeeper was helpful to our needs. The evening desk staff never gave anything that we needed and were rude.
