Room was nice. The air unit was not cold when we got there, and we turned it down, and it still never got the room cold. Told front desk about the air and was offered a fan, which didn’t help. They said the rooms were sold out so couldn’t switch us. Tried to get in the pool multiple times, and it was never open/available to use.

Convenient to where I needed to travel from/to. Staff was very kind. I didn’t have a lot of need so everything was typical to any other stay. The property was clean and well kept and all the staff were friendly and eager to help as needed.

We stayed for 4 nights - our room was never cleaned - garbage never emptied, never given clean towels (always had to ask at check in desk)! We were assured the room would be cleaned - it wasn’t! Breakfast was ok - very limited and the scrambled eggs were not from fresh eggs - definitely either powdered egg or liquid eggs! Was very disappointed in this Best Western!

Very good as always. Hortense at front desk is always very warm and hospitable. Very good value. Could use some minor cosmetic repairs in the room.
