The rooms are spacious, i wasn't expecting to pay a deposit for the room i booked online through expedia so i felt blindsided by that and i was told i would gwt it refunded in the morning, but when we checked out we were told the refund would be in our account in an hour. I called the hotel to find out the refund was never issued.

The rooms were filthy and there were stains on the bed. Shattered glass was nearby the bathroom hallway, but thankfully I didn’t step on it. I was surprised to see an ice maker machine in the hallway, but that quickly went away when I seen black residue fall into my cup. It was disgusting. There were a few more problems that I seen but these for sure stood out the most. My only regret was not having any pictures to back up these claims

The check-in was wonderful. The front desk clerk was attentive and responsive. Check out was a disaster. The front desk clerks did not acknowledge me, nor greet me. They need customer service training or perhaps work in another area of the hotel.
