Not bad for a lower cost hotel. Not in the best part of town but I liked that there were outside cameras everywhere. Check in was easy and the guy was friendly. Close to Tara Blvd so lots of places to eat. Right across from Waffle House and that staff was friendly.

I really thought this place was a great place for the money. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower water pressure was great! Lots of places to grab a bite and super convenient to the airport. Definitely not "luxury", but absolutely would stay again!

I had a very comfortable stay at American Inn & Suites. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers, as it is close to the airport and offers ample parking. The rates are excellent, providing great value for money. The staff was exceptional and made my stay even more enjoyable with their friendly and helpful service. Was fine for a one night stay before flying out. Very comfortable bed which was great but the old blankets were creepy and TV cabinet was broken with door hanging open, hole in bathroom wall, no tissue, old thin towels… very much an old style hotel and VERY overpriced.

The manager and Mr. Venkat were professional and provided A Stellar Customer Service! We felt safe and confident to stay there. The building is old but clean and safe to park at any time. Mr. Venkat provided us clean towels and toiletries daily. He also brewed fresh coffee for everyone each morning. The outstanding customer service and genuine care made us feel welcomed and appreciated.. I will stay in future on my business trips!!!

Room was clean but the window was cracked to the room. We didn't get enough towels but housekeeping came by quickly with clean towels. Friendly staff overall made it a good choice but we got an adjoining room to another guest room which wasn't ideal. Very clean but tub had rust on it. Overall updates needed but clean hotel with friendly staff
