Overall the property was very nice. The room cleanliness left something to be desired. Between the mattress and the wall I found hair/dust balls and lots of food wrappers. The TV remote didnt work properly either but I was there for business so I didnt spend much time in the room. The staff was extremely friendly and the location was very convenient.

Staff was lovely, room was fine, clean and safe, which is important. The walls are kind of thin so I could hear my neighbors but it wasn't too bad. Location is great, walking distance to restaurants, aquarium and Coca Cola World. Hotel is very nice and staff helpful. Housekeeping services horrible. Didn’t care to check if shampoos/ shower gels were replenished. We were out of both. Had to go to front desk several times. Started with a less than half toilet paper roll in our room and did not care to provide with extra ones or replenish. Tissue box had 3 tissues inside. We stayed for 4 days and everyday was an issue.

Continently located if you’re wanting to walk to different places for activities or food. Parking was easy, employees were nice, rooms were nice. The beds were actually more comfortable than most hotels. They were as stiff as you’d expect, but not too soft either! Overall enjoyed our stay.
