Staff were wonderful, gave suggestions on places to visit and where to eat. We ordered food from the bar on our first night. The Flatbread pizza was delicious and the bartender was great. Parking was easy and cheap for the area.

The Aloft in Atlanta was a great choice for me and my girlfriend. Only thing I didn’t like was charging $33 a night for parking but that was everywhere in Atlanta so can’t be too upset about it. Playing pool and hopping in the pool outside was amazing and the location wasn’t to far from everything so we caught uber to just about everywhere

The location of The Aloft across the street from the Atlanta Apparel Market makes shopping for my business so convenient! The rooms were half the price of other hotels in downtown Atlanta and the accommodations were perfect. My room was very clean and the staff was very helpful answering questions. I ordered dinner from the hotel bar which was delicious while a fun crowd talked, played pool, and had a few drinks! The young lady working the bar and taking the food orders was a delight and it was fun watching her take care of a full bar area! I look forward to staying here again!

Upon entering my room, I noticed that I didn’t have any bath towels, wash cloths or toilet paper. I called the front desk we received the items within 15 minutes. The front desk only had one attendant working mostly. Which made check-in difficult for most guest. Especially if you only have to asked just a simple question. Overall it’s in a great location minutes walk to Georgia Aquarium and Coke Cola Factory.

When we arrived to our room, the floor had toenails on it, stains on the seat by the window, dirt on the bathroom floor, and stains on the sheets. I called and requested another room which they happily obliged to. The receptionist was very friendly and eager to help. The second room smelled and felt a LOT cleaner. My only gripe is that the mirrors on the bathroom door and the bathroom wall are shattered in the corners. Which didn’t make it fun since we have two toddlers trying to get into everything. I was constantly scared they would try to touch the mirrors at the sharp edges and slice their fingers open. I liked how close the hotel was to everything. The parking lot scanner didn’t work so we had to park near the street.
