The reception guy was completely useless, we asked if we were okay to parked in front of the hotel, he said yes. It he never said anything about the parking meters. We got a ticket and we asked him where to pay.. he had no clue!! USELESS

Stayed one night since i was going to a wedding. The hotel's location was great and there's a lot around that area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful! My only suggestion would be to add an additional mirror in the room since the only one available was in the bathroom.

Hermoso el concepto, muy bien ubicado en Hotel, muy rico el desayuno de cortesía, muy original la decoración y amplias las habitaciones, me tocó la suite “ Maria Luisa “ estaba de muy buen tamaño. Lo único es que no tienen muy bien entrenado al personal de recepción, son inflexibles y duros, a pesar de qué son amables y sonríen. Les requerí una hora extra para poder salir a mediodía, y a pesar de qué el hotel estaba vacío, me obligaron a salirme a la hora oficial y a sacar mi carro del estacionamiento, que previamente había pagado. Si estuviera el hotel lleno, lo entendería, pero siendo yo el único huésped que había, creo que podían dejar con una un mejor sabor de boca a sus clientes. Fuera de eso todo genial

Gran experiencia, super cuidado todo, de buen gusto, incluso amortiguado del ruido a pesar de estar en el centro. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Muy cerca hay estacionamientos donde uno puede guardar su coche si no es suficiente el espacio en el hotel.
