Cool little spot firther from any amenities than I anticipated. Las Islitas was a 10min drive and very cool place to hang out. The beach at Kavala was pretty good, a bit less swimmable/beach vibe than expected but great for walking up and down at sunset. Overall nice stay, just a bit of a small isolated vibe. Enjoyed the pool too, though its quite small.

La amabilidad del Personal es diferenciada, en Recepción estuvo Excelente el Servicio muy Amable y Accesible, pero en servicio de Alberca no muy dispuesto el Chavo que nos atendió de inicio, medio “jeton” como que no le agradó trabajar en Domingo jajaja, de hecho Camila fue quien terminó atendiéndonos en Playa y Súper Agradable, Atenta y Dinámica la Chica, FELICITACIONES CAMILA Gran Servicio … En Restaurante el Desayuno a la Carta nos atendió Ángel, me pareció deficiente su servicio, no limpió Mesa hasta que se lo pedí, desde el día anterior no tenían Popotes y en el Desayuno tampoco, ni ofreció algo para Batir Chocolate Frío, aparte que le pedimos si podía llevar los Chilaquiles combinados ( Verdes/Rojos ) a lo que Ridículamente dijo no se podía “por política de la Empresa”, como si fuera complicado utilizar 2 cucharas para servir caray !, luego me llevó Chilaquiles Verdes en lugar de los Rojos que le pedí, dijo que “Cocina se equivocó” cuando fue el único que vimos sirviendo, en fin, me pareció poco amable. . . Fuera de esos 2 personajes no muy amables, la verdad es que TODO MUY BIEN, la Alberca mediana pero limpia y cálida, el Mar en esa Playa MUY BUENO, sin Pozos ni Piedras con Oleaje divertido, comúnmente me hospedo en San Blas y acudo a la Playa el Borrego, pero definitivamente Regresaría a este Hotel !

Muy buena ubicación, muy buen ambiente, muy buen lugar, la vdd por lo único que no le doy 5 estrellas es por la comida que no la incluye. Entiendo que el restaurante tambien está abierto a otro publico que no renta habitación, pero como huesped del hotel y cómo muchos hoteles que incluyen desayuno y comida, deberian incluirlo. Podrian poner un limite en cuanto a comida y bebidas por el tema de que probablemente les sale mas rentable cobrar por la comida, es mi opinión solo en ese caso, la vdd muy buenas personas, amable el personal, igual también si es necesario subir la tarifa en cuanto a la habitacion por incluir la comida, yo creo que estaria perfecto, aveces la gente va a conocer lugares y probar otras comidas pero, puede haber público que prefiere comer donde se hospeda y si quiere salir y conocer en otro lugar, hacerlo. Gracias por el servicio! Espero volver próximamente.

Al hotel le faltan varias cosas para ser un lugar comodo, es un hotel limpio, su personal es muy servicial y atento, los colchones muy icomodos, mi habitacion tenia cocineta pero con muchos faltantes, no tiene nada donde colgar una toalla comento esto ya que es playa, es muy importante donde extender un traje de baño, la toalla etc, Desayunamos en su restaurant no les alcanzaban las tazas, las cucharas , Si tienen espacio para X cantidad de personas talvez 12 habitaciones , Deberian tener equipado para esa cantidad de personas
