I wouldn't say this is a 4* hotel. The rooms are very basic but comfy bed. The gym and pool is open to the public so its busy. The hotel cleaners were very helpful but the reception staff were not. Our key card consistently didn't work and when we asked reception to order a taxi for us so we could get to our wedding they were not helpful at all - surely reception staff at a 4* hotel are capable of ordering taxi's for guests?

We had an early departure and needed to get a cup of coffee and roll at 7:30 am. Only a full breakfast was available, as the cafe was not yet open. The host at the restaurant made an exemption for us to just get coffee . . . so that was OK, but would have liked just a simple cafe experience.
