“IBA CON UNA SILLA DE RUEDAS Y ME DIERON HABITACION EN UNA SEGUNDA PLANTA SIN ASCENSOR. CUANDO PROTESTE ME DIERON UNA EN PLANTA BAJA CON UNA MOQUETA QUE REZUMABA HUMEDAD POR TODOS LADOS. EL DESAYUNO TAMBIEN ESTABA EN UNA PLANTA QUE NO TENIA ASCENSOR Y AUN ASI CUANDO SUBIMOS LA SILLA ENTRE VARIOS RESULTA QUE NO QUEDABA DE CASI NADA”

“Aún cuando solicité habitación para 3 me cobraron 10 cad para poder usar el sofá cama, y únicamente había una cama ks y el sofá, cosa que me pareció muy mal, el resto estuvo bien, buena limpieza y servicio”
