The staff at the Pinnacle were so welcoming, kind, friendly and helpful. They made sure our room was comfortable and to our liking. The room is newly renovated and in excellent condition. We had such an AMAZING stay at the Pinnacle. The hotel was charming, the personnel so thoughful, helpful and happy to be there. The decoration and ambiance in the room was beautiful, cozy and relaxing. We slept so well. The cuisine was well equiped and clim/warm were quiet and worked perfectly. I really recommend you the Pinnacle, you will be received like a Queen/King. Our stay at the Pinnacle was excellent in just about every way. We were greeted by Kostas when we arrived and he was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was very nice. It had everything we needed, including a working kitchen, that we didn't use it. The place is located in a very central region of Athens, close to everything you would want to do. It was no trouble to walk to the Plaka area and to the Acropolis. There is a rooftop sitting area with an excellent view of the Acropolis. I believe that there is a bar up there that is open and other times, but we were there during February, off-season. An excellent breakfast was provided. I really can't think of anything to complain of.î⁷
