Our accommodations were very spacious including the terrace. Our room was cleaned everyday. The staff was gracious and helpful. The shops nearby were wonderful. I purchased items from several of them. It was also convenient having a grocery store right next door where you could purchase water and snacks. We were close enough to Syntagma but without all the noise. It was lovely having breakfast every morning at the 7 Monkeys Cafe and the food was plentiful. I would definitely consider returning to the Newel Kolonaki and would recommend it to others.

Immaculately presented and wonderful staff, especially George from reception who made it his personal goal to solve a technical issue for me which was above and way beyond anything I have ever experienced from any hotel staff anywhere in the world. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is also in an excellent location in Athens

Very nice staff who arranged everything to the best. But no early breakfast before 8.30, however an ok bag for the room. Brand new hotel according to staff which will probably get even better with time.

When I booked The Newel Kolonaki, it had only one review because the hotel had just opened. Normally I would hesitate, but something about it gave me a good feeling and I’m so glad I trusted my instincts. It ending up being one of the best hotels we’ve stayed. The Newel exceeded every expectation. We booked two Panorama Balcony Superior Suites. Both were spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. As a brand-new hotel, everything felt fresh, modern, and luxurious, from the premium bedding and plush towels to the thoughtful attention to detail throughout. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every person we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had a perfect experience. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and added a personal touch that set this hotel apart. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Kolonaki, one of Athens’ most beautiful, upscale, and safe neighborhoods. We were able to walk everywhere, with fantastic restaurants, cafés, shopping, and attractions just steps away. The area was vibrant yet peaceful, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. It’s rare to find a hotel that gets everything right, but The Newel Kolonaki does. Combining luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and an unbeatable location, it delivered an unforgettable stay. We loved every minute of our time there and will absolutely be back on our next trip to Athens.
