Staff was accommodating of late arrival. Room was nice, spacious, and clean. The noise from revelers on the street all night long made it hard to sleep, and thus unpleasant.

Very good weekend stay at Nin&Bau

Very good experience with Nin&Bau. Very good location, the room vibe and decorations are very good. Front desk was excellent. On the down side, the water pressure was not very good at the shower. Most likely that we will come back again

I had the best stay at this hotel, the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was well designed and clean. The location of the hotel is around 7 minutes walk from the train station and it was in a really nice location, surrounded by cool restaurants. We even got bumped up to a better room, without additional cost. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Athens!

The hotel was only 7 min walk from the train station, but it is difficult to with luggages because the sidewalk is practically nonexistent as well as crowded. Really liked the hotel itself, very clean and quiet neighborhood. However, I'm not sure that I would walk around the area at night alone. Really liked the breakfast that was provided at Zampano (try the orange juice! Freshly squeezed).

Great location

Location is amazing. easy walk to everything you want to see. Lots of graffiti around the area which makes it look sketchy but the location is very safe. No issues any time of the day - morning or night, Nice store nextdoor to grab midnight snacks.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig gelegen, direkt gegenüber hat man ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Es liegt Zentral, man ist in wenigen Minuten an den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Shopping Möglichkeiten und vielen Bars sowie Restaurants. Das Zimmer ist gut, leidet hatten wir nur ein Fenster zum Innenhof. Das Bad war klein, aber hat alles geboten was es braucht. Bequemes Bett, täglich Wasser, Kühlschrank und Tresor. Preis / Leistung ist sehr gut.

The property was located in a renovated/newer building, but in a neighborhood with older buildings with grafiti. The noise level in the street heard from inside the room was too high although the property was described as soundproof. The receptionist had to be called to my room to reset the internet/cable connection to the television as it was not working upon checking in. There was ample lighting in the space as well as wall outlets. The bathroom appeared clean upon arrival minus the black commode. The staff was friendly, patient, helpful and professional.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Nin&Bau Sarri 2 durante una breve visita ad Atene e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore! La struttura si trova nel cuore del vivace quartiere di Psiri, una zona dinamica e autentica, ricca di street art, locali notturni, ristoranti tipici e una forte identità culturale. Gli ambienti dell’albergo sono moderni, curati nei dettagli e arredati con gusto, con un perfetto equilibrio tra design contemporaneo e comfort. La posizione è davvero strategica: a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana Monastiraki, comodissima per raggiungere ogni parte della città, inclusi l’aeroporto e il porto del Pireo. Un altro punto di forza è senza dubbio la colazione inclusa nel prezzo: abbondante, varia e di ottima qualità, con opzioni sia dolci che salate, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con energia.
