Hotel is well located for great restaurants and bars and the metro ..high levels of service from the hotel staff ..rooms are perfect for a couple with en-suite bathroom and an outdoor deck ..though too hot to use..

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable

My stay at this hotel was excellent in every way. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel’s location is very central, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I had no issues with hygiene. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If I visit Athens again, I would definitely choose to stay here. Highly recommended!

Great location

Great location helpful staff. Small but well appointed rooms. Nice bar next door to meet with friends and family to have a drink and appetizer before going to dinner. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast included.

We stayed in the suite with a hot tub and it totally exceeded our expectations! Very modern and well designed, the perfect space for us and our two kids. We were welcomed with a free bottle of wine, the room was ready early, breakfast was lovely. This is the perfect location for exploring Athens, loads of cool places to eat nearby and walking distance to the main tourist attractions but far enough away from the crowds to not be bothered by them. We'll be back next time we're in the city.

Perfect Place

Incredible staff. They did everything to assist & recommend places to visit. Our flight was cancelled and we were allowed to stay an additional night at a very competitive rate. We highly recommende!

Small, budget-friendly hotel in a walkable area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Junior Suites were spacious enough, and the beds were comfortable. It lacks basic amenities ( no electrical outlet in the vanity area, shelf to hold toiletries in the shower nor a full length mirror).

The staff were all friendly and nice. The breakfast was good. The 1st room we were assigned was very small and very hard to breath since there was no window. The bathroom was very small. They were nice to move us to a bit bigger room with window as we stayed four nights. Panos was very accommodating and hard working:) Anastacia, Stavros, Lia, Sutiri and Safina were all pleasant and helpful.we had a nice stay.

The property is in a great location and the staff are excellent. The hotel just needs a bit of tlc in some small areas. Eg Door handle . Shower door . Painting touch up in some areas..I would certainly use this hotel again

We spent 5 nights in this clean, safe and quiet boutique hotel. Just 5 min walk to Monastriaki square with subway station, hop on bus stop, flee market and many restaurants and taverns around. You will appreciate a quite Nema location after visiting noisy Monastriaki. Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Anastasia and Liya. What makes this hotel unique is a smart room operating system with control panels to set up AC temperature, light intensity, indicate DND sign and even auto open/close curtains. Spotless hotel only comparable to Dubai. Respect to owner for managing Nema high standard!

The staff were kind and accomodating and the location is great. The hotel has potential once it is ready for opening. Which it was not when we came to stay. The shower drain was not working properly and for some reason there was no shower curtain or door in the shower, so the bathroom floor was flooded with every shower. The beds were hard, especially so because one of the mattresses was placed with the wrong side up. Which we discovered while trying to soften the bed by adding the extra duvets offered for this, since the extra top mattress that we were initially offered had not yet been delivered. Our room was quiet, but also very crammed and practically windowless, as the window, which did not open, was facing a narrow shaft. It certainly did not resemble any of the pictures featured in the hotel description. We discovered in the morning, that inside one of the wardrobe closets the ceiling was missing, leaving an opening to the electrical/air vent installations. This might explain the relatively loud hum of the air conditioning. In conclusion this stay did not meet our expectations for a hotel, which are really quite basic: a comfortable bed and functional shower facilities. We want to highlight though, that the staff were always very kind and proffessional and tried their very best to help. It is not their fault that the construction was not finished or that the delivery of extra top mattresses was delayed.

Nema was recommended to me and it didn’t disappoint! Friendly staff who were so happy to help. Rooms were clean and towels changed daily. It is also so convenient for all the sites and restaurants and shops. I will come back in the future.

Nema is very modern hotel very conveniently located between Monistiraki and Omnia square. Lots of dining options around and direct metro to the Airport. Staff was nice and breakfast buffet was good as well.

Dirty room, unhelpful service

Room looked okay at first, but after we sat on the bed we discovered that the bed sheets were dirty. The sheets had small stains and the pillows had small balls of hair. The entire room and bathroom had hairs on the floors. All of the towels had pubic hair on them and one of them had a pink stain. The toothbrush holder had old toothpaste in it, and the toilet was covered in seemingly urine stains even though the toilet had a "disinfected" label on. The water boiler was also on without water and -very- hot. The water bottles were also stained. We made a complaint to the receptionist, who then asked us what she could do. We told her we would like to have the room re-cleaned, which was not a possibility (disappointing but understandable because it was late). She offered us new towels and bedsheets instead. It was also not possible to change rooms. For clarification, we were only supposed to stay one night at Nema hotel. She said she would make a few phone calls so we agreed we would go to dinner for an hour while she work on the issue. The receptionist called us 3 times, during our dinner demanding an answer to whether we'd change hotel or not, and that we could receive a partial refund (with no clarification of how much) if we "left the room now". We decided to change hotel because the room was filthy to the degree we were uncomfortable to shower or sleep in the bed (which is a must when paying ca. 150€ for one night at a hotel). I would never recommend Nema hotel
