The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The location was perfect to be able to walk to so many of the key sites. Very comfortable bed. Room was very clean and modern. We were on the quiet side so no view but it was quiet! A luggage rack would have been helpful but not a game changer. We would definitely recommend this place!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are very spacious, bright and modern contemporary; located steps from all the major shopping, cafes and tours. This hotel provides complimentary bottles of water. Great wi-fi connection. Comfy bed and pillows. Big windows looking over Ermou.

The place itself is nice - in the heart of the city. Clean place, everything worked, friendly staff. Whatever you need is literally right downstairs from food to clothes to the pharmacy. The only issue we experienced was that on a Saturday night, there is a parade of people walking through the street until 3am. So, if you want to be asleep at that time you have to make sure your room either doesn’t face Ermou street or get strong ear plugs.
