very nice apartment in Athens, near Evangelismos metro station.. this is also the metro line from/to Airport. They contacted me via WhatsApp after my message, and they were very clear and let me check in before the time. apartment very clean and well equiped. I will stay again if I come back to Athens.

Nice spacious room, but very noisy. The first room we had was facing the street with a lot of noise from a restaurant. They were nice enough to give us another room facing the back yard. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from another building's garden - possibly an outdoor movie screening every night! Also we had no room cleaning for four days. I asked them to take out the garbage at least but they said it is not a service they provided and we should do it ourselves. But there was not even a spare garbage bag in the room.

Perfect place for our 2 night stay in Athens. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into the details, from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities. Waking up to views of the neighborhood and being just steps away from amazing cafés, restaurants, and close walking distance to all the main tourist attractions made everything so convenient. One of the highlights was how peaceful the hotel felt despite being in such a lively, central area. It was the perfect balance of energy and relaxation. The staff was incredibly communicative, and even accommodated our request for an early check in after a long connecting flight. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located stay in Kolonaki. Five stars all the way!

The accomodation has potential

Accomodatie is zeer goed gelegen, oogt recent en heeft veel potentieel. Het onderhoud en de schoonheid liet te wensen over. Er zijn 13 appartementen, verspreid over 6 verdiepingen. Tip voor mensen die minder mobiel zijn: de lift gaat niet hoger dan het 5e verdiep. Bijgevolg zijn appartement 12 en 13 zijn niet toegankelijk via lift (en hebben ook geen terras).
