The area is sketchy and the neighbourhood is considered unsafe, and the hotel’s customer service is terrible. They don’t want to help you. I would never recommend staying there unless you’re willing to ruin your vacation dealing with the unnecessary hassle.

Absolut tolles Hotel. Nichts aus zu setzten. Wäre da nicht die Lage. Grundsätzlich ist diese zentral, jedoch an einem unsicheren Teil der Stadt. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurde uns vom Taxifahrer geraten abends/nachts hier nicht raus zu gehen. Die Gegend ist jedoch auch tagsüber sehr unangenehm. Polizei ist auch immer wieder Gast. Haben dann auch für die kurzen Strecken Uber genommen, was sehr unkompliziert möglich ist.
