The hotel is a very good hotel with wonderful staff and service. The room was excellent, as was the food in the restaurant. It's located in a great area in terms of access to restaurants, sights, etc. However the street and surrounding buildings are run down. Yes, the room was spotless, high end and very comfortable. The amenities were great. The staff was very courteous and professional. I would definitely stay there again. However, the street the hotel is on looks a little sketchy with dilapidated structures and graffiti around it, I did not feel unsafe. The location was actually great- close to many restaurants and shops.
