Had a flight issue from Canada to Athens and therefore missed departure to Naxos on arrival day. As a result had to immediately find a place close to the airport and found GK Airport Suites. Arrived at 11:15 pm and had immediate communication and help with free shuttle service. As stated with no live person at site, information to access the suite was excellent. The room was very clean. The room was adequate for our family, 15 YOA and 17 YOA boys. Highly recommend if need a place close to the airport!!!

There were used contact lenses on the table, beds were uncomfortable, second bed was a cot, office fluorescent lighting in the rooms. While I appreciate the initiative in converting old offices to rental units, this was not done well, seemed half finished. We have stayed in very nice converted office units before in the same city and they were done well. Proximity to airport and shuttle service were both strong positives for this location. If it's a quick turnaround stay for a flight transfer, it is an okay choice.

Nice free, shuttle and clean room however the description that this was an accommodation for four was misleading. In one room was a queen bed however, the second bedroom had a potable cot and an old couch with a sheet on it that was not usable. The kids ended up sleeping in our bedroom. Fairly good property for two people, however would not recommend for a small family.

The main reason for staying here was proximity to the airport. The included shuttles were very good and precisely on time. The apartment itself seems like a converted office and felt that way. Harsh lighting and very bare, not cozy at all. There was no hot water in the shower unfortunately. It was minimal lodging, good for a night to jump between flights.

The bed was comfortable, the shower has good water pressure. The shuttle pick-up spot has changed since our last visit. It is further from the airport exit/entrance and is not covered so if it's raining, bring an umbrella

The communication from the staff was excellent. The shuttle drivers were awesome. The instructions on how to enter the property were clear. The room itself wasn’t great, coffee machine didn’t work—but it was just a quick overnight emergency, and it did the trick. I would do it again.

The apartment was decent. Well maintained and not too far from the airport. The shuttle system is convenient but is based on availability of seats and does not seem to run every hour or 30 minutes as might do in other places. The amenities in the apartment are also ok. But note there is no staff or breakfast.

Booked for a night as we transited between Heraklion, Athens and Singapore. Everything went smoothly and we got clear concise instructions on how to access our room as there is no onsite reception. Room was very spacious which is always a plus when you have 4 people with lots of luggage. Shuttle was efficient. Would highly recommend.

The room itself was big and clean. However, the airport shuttle, which was the main reason I booked this hotel, never showed up to pick us up. They only gave as 2 times frame for the transfer to the airport and then the driver never showed up. We waited for 10 mins before ordering a taxi so we were not late for our flight. Also, A/C did not work well and when we reached out, they were not helpful. I do not recommend this property.
