The staff is very nice and cooperative, the room and bed are very comfortable, the best location close restaurant and. Store in Plaka beautiful place super close to Acropolis. The only problem is they don’t have gluten free options as Mikonos and Santorini Hotels

The Esse was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is in walking distance to tourist attractions, shops and many restaurants. We would definitely return to this hotel when visiting Athens!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Esse Athens. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the rooms were clean and beautifully appointed. The location was superb, an excellent place to explore beautiful Attika and the breakfast was delicious and had many great options. We loved our time at Esse and would not hesitate to book again!

The staff were exceptional and friendly, and very attentive to our needs. The rooms were so clean and chic, we had an amazing time with the hut tub watching the city view and Acropolis. The staff were so amazing to set up our shuttle to the airport and pack us breakfast since our flight was so early. I will be using this hotel for every stay in Athens for now on.
