The staff were all helpful as this was our first time in Athens. They helped us find great food, learn the bus system, which beach to go to. The room is large, nice size kitchen area, it’s newer, clean, and nicely decorated. We didn’t have the breakfast, but there are several choices for €15.

We had a great stay at Earos Urban Living! The location was really convenient, with tons of restaurants, cafés and food options within a 5 - 10 minute walk. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was fantastic. It was spacious, modern and felt much more like having our own little apartment than staying in a hotel room. The whole property also feels very new and well maintained. We were about a 10 minute walk from the main tram line, which made it really easy to get around Athens, whether we were heading down toward Edem Beach or into the city toward Syntagma Square and the Acropolis. The only downside was that there is no staff on-site between approximately 8 pm and 8 am, so if you have an issue with your room overnight, there isn’t really anyone available to help. Unfortunately, our AC stopped working on our last night and couldn’t be addressed until the next morning when we were checking out. It was quite warm, so going the night without AC wasn’t ideal. I would definitely suggest having some type of after hours support available for situations like this. That said, it didn’t change our overall impression of the stay. For what we paid, I thought it was a great value. It was spacious, comfortable, convenient and well located, and I would still absolutely recommend Earos Urban Living and stay here again!

The rooms were large, clean, and well equipped, and were quiet. The area is residential so much less touristy than downtown. It was easy to get around from this location, to downtown and the beaches. We hope to come back the next time we are in Athens.

Eros Urban Living is super convenient, nice room size, yummy breakfast, and clean. Natasa, the front desk staff, allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to check-in while we went out to grab lunch. She recommended some restaurants, showed a map with tour suggestions, and the downtown square with all the bars. I felt safe walking around. The room had a mini-fridge with a bottle of water, but if you want more there’s a mini-store around the block for snacks and stuff. If you select the breakfast option, make sure to let the team know the day before so they can bring it up to your room the next morning. You can catch several local buses just walking about 2 mins. Pay using your debit/credit card €1.20. We took the bus to the Acropolis about 5-6 stops. I would stay here again!
