The best thing about this place is the location. We stayed in appartment 2A. We spent most of our time exploring Athens. The place has basic amenities. Place is withing walking distance of Acropolis, many attactions, restaurants and shops.

Directions into the place were clearly indicated the day before we got there. Read it carefully as the apartment is upstairs above a retail/stores. Quiet apartment, but sparsely furnished with older furnishings. Spacious, but the extra bed is a small settee, not a twin pullout. Also, the toilet needs to be fixed, as it wants to run constantly. Perfectly fine if you’re not expecting fancy. Great location right in the heart of Plaka, Athens, walking distance to most of the most important sights.

Awful. The one positive is the location, very handy for all the night life of Monistiraki. However, the apartment was freezing cold, dirty and cheaply & poorly equipped. I had a couple of queries so tried to get in touch but a phone call went to voicemail, and 3 emails went unanswered so customer service was non-existent.

This was not fun as a solo female traveler. Wifi was unusable inside the apartment (signal stopped at the front door, I ran internet speed tests). The one bed was missing so many blinds the light seeped into the room. Towels smelled so musty and gross, I went and purchased my own. A constant leak in the bathroom made the small space uncomfortable to use the toilet. Just overall bad stay for the price 😕

There was no warm water in the apartment. According to the instructions for turning on hot water, didn’t work. Emailed the manager, no response until next day. Not immediately fixed the problem, emailed back and forth several times, finally somebody came to fix the problem. From checked in day until next day afternoon, there was only cold water, couldn’t take a shower. Not happy about this.

We had a terrible time here. There was a party being hosted at the room in front of us and the music was blasting through professional speakers with a DJ and people coming in and out until 4am. At 4am we decided to leave the hotel and go to the airport, the party was still going strong. Couldn’t sleep or even sit in peace.

Deceiving pictures.

The pictures of the room on hotels.com look much better than it actually is. The bed is really uncomfortable. It is a decent room to stay at for a night but not longer stays. The pictures are really deceiving. The WiFi did not ask for a password which is unsafe. The hotel is in an alley way which is unsafe.

It was meant to have a pull out couch/bed which we couldn’t find. Spoke to one of the cleaner that spoke to the owner, she didn’t care was meant to call back but didn’t. Greedy and lazy management that rent out horrible rooms that are very average.
