I enjoyed drinking coffee in the patio area. It was nice to walk a block to the water and eat at one of the many restaurants along the water. The walk to a supermarket wasn't far either. The studio apartment was comfortable and serviceable. It met our needs well. And the host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our visit.
