This was a great location near the centre of Athens! I stayed in a private double room which was spotless, the staff were friendly and informative, and the rooftop bar has great drinks and views.

Our stay at Athens Hawk was simply wonderful. As seniors who had never stayed in a hostel before, we were a bit skeptical, but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was available for 5.00 euros per person. The roof top bar was awesome with fantastic views of the city and Acropolis. Everywhere was within walking distance or transit. We had an amazing time

I found the staff helpful and welcoming. The rooftop bar is spectacular and had a great view of the Acropolis, especially when it lights up at night. It's not in the greatest area but is within reasonable walking distance to places you'd want to go.

Good friendly staff but some of the locals told us was unsafe at night, so we make sure to go back to the room before dark, but during day time we went everywhere with no problem, very close to everything, we enjoy the food marked and the restaurants, and all the history in there 👍
