The staff were wonderful in helping us with requests and with service. They informed up of an upcoming taxi strike and arranged private transportation for us to get to our excursion. They went above and beyond in helping up have a great stay! The location is ideal and rooftop terrace a wonderful place to enjoy the evening.

There are quite a few stairs to reception. No problem for us but might be for others. Location was fantastic, easily walkable to the train and all attractions. Staff was all wonderful! Room was large and comfortable.

Lovely hotel and the staff were so helpful. The restaurant below was excellent and the staff helpful. The included breakfast in this restaurant was wonderful. The sevice received by hotel and restaurant staff felt so personal and was a rare bonus in a big bustling city.
