“La estancia muy agradable, el hotel muy limpio y un trato excelente Muy recomendable”

“The hotel was not clean, terrible smell, rude employees. Did not even stay the night and never got a refund. AC didn’t work and bugs all over the room. Do not recommend.”

“Todo excelente ”

“Buena ubicación a diez minutos del centro y a cinco minutos del aeropuerto. La habitación grande, cómoda, bien decorada y muy limpia. Parking pequeño pero siempre disponible.”

“Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October).”

“The hotel is correct for sleeping a couple of nights but has no many servoces of you want to send time on the hotel Is clean and confortable except for the noise of the planes but at least no flights at night.”

“The jacuzzi never got hot and the thermal pools were tepid at best. No settings on the television to turn the brightness down. The shampoo and conditioner had clearly been reused over and over even though they were sample bottles. “Central location- very comfortable ”

“Room is looking not as ok the picture.Dusty inside of the room.Uncomfortable mattress on the couch.Unless, beautiful beach with very nice restaurants, especially Blanco. Good for a few days but not for a week and for small families or pairs.Friendly staff in the hotel but on the evening was a few guys who were unpleasant. Better to take some hotel or apartment near to the Heraklion. But next time i will go to Agios Nikolaos, much better than Heraklion.”

“muy buena habitación comoda y muy buena ubicación”

“Très bon établissement, à 15 min du vieux port. En revanche, le petit déjeuner qui devait être inclu ne l'était pas. Sinon très confortable et agréable.”

The room was exceptional—beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful touches like coffee in the room, plush robes, and luxurious towels made the stay feel extra special. The owner was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our...
