The bathroom that is separated from the toilet has lots of natural light and wonderful view. The room is spacious and clean. Good value for the prince. The breakfast buffet was great but it would have been nicer if they also serve simple dinners besides reservation only, pricy buffet dinner since there is no dining options nearby. Taxi costs about 1800 yen and the bus schedule is limited both local and shuttle bus.

Our family visited Atami during New Year and literally checked in on New Year Eve! The staff were super welcoming and helpful. We actually went to the wrong hotel building at check in, and they immediately sent a pick-up for us to get to the correct building. The meals included in our hotel package were all buffet, and the food was amazing! There was a very wide variety of choices. You can even enjoy the ocean view during breakfast if the balcony (and shower) in your room is not enough for you to admire the beautiful Atami :) We would love to visit again during Summer to see the fireworks!

網戸、襖の枠など少々汚れてはいますが全体的には清潔感があります。 お風呂場のゴミ箱が溢れていて床にゴミが転がっていた、他のホテルでは床を常に綺麗にしてる人がいたが…ここは居ないようです。 ブッフェ＝品数が多くて楽しかったです！空になった物もすぐ補充してくれました。 お風呂＝本館だけでなく別館のお風呂にも入れて2倍楽しめました！徒歩で行ったので坂が大変でしたが… 人手不足なのでしょう 外国人のスタッフさんが頑張っています。少々言葉が分かりづらいところもありますが、とても一生懸命でした。

部屋はリニューアルしたせいか新しく機能的で清潔でした 熱海花火も部屋から見れました バイキングの味はまあまあ、接客は外国人スタッフが多いが丁寧でした 花火の日は仕方ないかもしれませんが8万以上は高いと思います

改修後まもないので、部屋、共用部全ての施設が綺麗でした。部屋が7階のはじでEVから異常に遠く毎回感じた。露天風呂が全く空も含め外が見えない造りで残念でした。また、風呂の脱衣所の洗面台下のBOXの角が面取りされておらず、膝を切っていまだに痛い。

お食事も美味しかったですし、オーシャンビューのお部屋で快適に過ごせました。朝食後にお部屋にドリンクを持ち帰れるのも嬉しかったです。 夜食の担々麺サービスやドリンクサービスも良かったです。 一つ気になったのは大浴場の脱衣所の床が少し汚かったことです。私が入ったタイミングが悪かったのかもしれないですが、洗面台付近はすぐに汚れるので対策されると良いと思います。

部屋、ホテル全体がとても綺麗でした。居心地が良くてチェックアウトまで部屋でしっかりと寛いで過ごしました。ベランダから花火が見えれば最高だと思いました。

施設は清潔でブュッフェも美味しくよかったです、スタッフも感じが良いです、 幼児が一緒でしたが、キッズルームも楽しく、食べる物、飲み物の対応も安心出来る物でした。 施設場所は山の上だった為、景色は良いですが車での坂道は思いの外キツく狭いので注意が必要だと思います。

リニューアルしたとの事でしたが、所々に古さが残っていました。(気にならない程度です) ラウンジの無料ドリンクから始まり、300円で翌日まで利用できるキッズパーク、洋室と畳敷きの和室が融合した客室でゆったりでき、お部屋からの眺めも最高、種類が豊富で美味しいごはん、お風呂はもう少しまめにお掃除が必要かなと思いましたが、全体を通してとても良いホテルでした。 子供もとても楽しんでいたのでまた是非利用させていただきたいと思います。 とても快適で楽しい旅行になりました。 ありがとうございました。

食事も全て美味しく、部屋も広く、お風呂も気持ちよかったです。 露天風呂はやへも壁もあり全く露天感なく残念でしたが。 各所綺麗にされてましたが、部屋のカーテンの裾がほつれていて床にあれ下がってしまっているのがそのままになっていたのが残念でした。
