I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options that made every meal enjoyable. One of the highlights was the convenient shuttle bus service to Petra, which made visiting the site stress-free and enjoyable. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Hayat Zaman Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The location is excellent—just a short drive from Petra, which made visiting the ancient site very convenient. such a shame ! the property could be very nice ( very nice buildings ) but there is a clear lack of maintenance overall ( green swimmingpool , old furniture in the bedroom , broke hairdryer). service is not particularly good , especially in the spa when they had us waiting for an hour because the therapist was delayed . location remains far from petra. really not worth the price, this is not a 5 stars , more 3 ... run away ...

Nice place, convenient for early risers.

Beautiful property, good buffet dinner, and nice service (packed a breakfast bag since we were leaving early). If heading to Wadi Rum or Aqaba early in the morning, this is about as south as you can get while still close to Petra. Only downside is that you kind of have to stay on the property the whole time.

Buen complejo con muchas villas. Es una reconstrucción de un pueblo antiguo, todo el piedra y con puertas de madera antigua. Las tiendas, restaurante y Hamman esta muy bien. Algunos detalles no estan a la altura, pero muy superior a lo visto en Jordania

Attention l’hôtel ne sert aucun alcool ! Il est très difficile de s n procurer dans la région. Il n’y a pas de wifi dans les chambres. Cet hôtel n’est pas in5 étoiles mais plutôt un 4. Le buffet du Resto est bon. Il est situé à 10 km du site de Petra et aucun service à proximité.
