The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. The studio suite exceeded my expectations. The Del Sol Mall was 200 meters away and the downtown core was 400 meters away. Very convenient for what I had to do. It’s also about 15 minutes away from the airport. When I come back to Asuncion, I will be staying here again.

I absolutely love this hotel; staff was nice, room very very clean, the mall is near by, there was a working air conditioner, TV, and a washer and dryer which was a super plus since i was traveling a couple countries during those two weeks.

Clearer instructions are needed regarding rubbish disposal including toilet paper. Nothing to hang your washing to dry. Very friendly staff. Relatively quiet and in great location.

Brand new building. Comfortable and very clean. Had kitchen & laundry machine. Only disappointed was the swimming pool was closed for the month. Had I known I would have booked their other properties. Hotels.com did not update the amenities availability.

The room itself is nice as it is a new hotel. Bummer they saved money on the materials as you hear every noise from outdoors, shower doors are leaking. The staff is far from nice. We were super early, 10am, so of course we couldn’t check in yet. We came back at 2pm but the room was still not ready. They just were on auto pilot saying check-in was at 3pm. They didn’t even want to check with housekeeping for the actual status of the room. So we had the wait in the reception area. Our water bottles were empty by then, so we asked if we could get some water, but even that was not an option. So rude, so extremely unfriendly, with a clear ‘I don’t care’ attitude.

I spent my first couple of days at a real hotel. This is a group of empty condos that they rent. The young women at the desk are nice but know nothing at all. The biggest problem I had was that I had reserved through the 23rd and they seemed to think that meant that morning. I have never had that at a hotel. If I pay for the 23rd, I assume I get to stay through the 23rd. Since if I just booked for the 23rd I couldn't get in until 3 pm, right? Then they gouged me at the desk for the day and I will be moving tomorrow and complaining to Expedia.
