Very old fashioned hotel but with a lot of history. Amazingly comfortable beds. Great food in the restaurant and friendly staff. Nice pool area. A little bit of history in Asuncion

Great hotel

We loved this hotel. Beautiful, wonderful outdoor areas, great pool, tennis courts, playground and the gym was pretty good. Breakfast and food services were also really good. We had a great time staying at the hotel. The location was also very convenient

This hotel should be a destination on its own, it’s an oasis of peace and tranquility in the city. Beautiful colonial building, fantastic room, lush green gardens and lovely facilities. Absolutely loved it.

This historic hotel was a real home away from home is over 100 years old is like a giant hasienda of Shanish design having many palm covered courtyards, a pool also shading one from 100 degree heat made it very comfortable. Its abundantly beauty makes it an event setting. Wedding pivctures were taken in the courtyard just outside our room’s door. Though rooms are accessed through open courtyards, all other inner spaces are well A/C. It has a clay tennis court and many locations for meetings comfortably outside. Breakfast was not very good. Our room was tight, having a 16 foot ceiling that was the means of handling high temps in earlier years. The A/C worked well. Due to vegetation, mosquitoes were present. Then I discovered a plug in device into which a small “Raid” card is placed. No more mosquitos and no odor. We greatly enjoyed our time in this well maintained historic hotel!

Een prachtig authentiek hotel uit 1921, met groot zwembad en prima service. Onze kamer (3) was gehorig, zowel de slaapkamer als de douche. Het hotel adement historie uit. De tuin heeft veel bijzondere bomen en planten. Er worden veel fotoreportages gemaakt. Goed voor kort verblijf. Wij vonden het bed wat aan de harde kant, maar dat is persoonlijk.

4 dagars vistelse april 2025. Hotellet ligger bra, ta taxi till Mariscal galleria. De hade barbecuebuffé (med livemusik; harpa och dragspel) pÄ söndagslunchen till ett vÀldigt bra pris. En vÀldigt bra restaurang (serverar frukost, lunch och middag) med bra priser pÄ hotellet. Det första hotell jag bott pÄ i Asuncion som vet hur man steker bacon. Jag gillade deras utbud till alla mÄltider. De har Àven billiga drinkar och goda efterrÀtter. Det Àr ett stÀlle dÀr mÄnga firar födelsedag eller har bröllopsfest. Rummet Àr i bra skick. Jag saknade ett vÀrdeskÄp dÀr jag kunde lÄsa in min dator, sÄ jag tog med mig den istÀllet. De har bÄde pool och tennisbana. Stor utomhusparkering, vilket jag gillade dÄ jag kunde stÀlla min van dÀr utan att tÀnka pÄ höjden. Hotellets personal var snÀll och hjÀlpsam med lite olika saker jag behövde utanför det normala. Jag kan absolut tÀnka mig att bo hÀr igen. VÀktare fanns stÀndigt pÄ parkeringen, sÄ det kÀndes vÀldigt tryggt.
