“Overall location and service is terrible”

“no wifi ,cause no wifi no TV also micro wave not working could not contact owner . It was a disappointing way to end a vacation when paying full price. Not worth the stay. One expects that every works that they post about the rental . ”

“Clean room. Good staff. Shops nearby”

“This place was awesome!!!”

“The room needs maintenance and thorough cleaning. Kitchen sink drain plugged. Shower curtain rod is broken. Taps need outlet cleaning. Bedding was very old not of goid quality. Had issues with ants and bed bugs in the unit. Air conditioner filter was so dirty the unit alarmed. I cleaned it myself. Walls require repair patching, and painting. Elevators were in constant repair mode for one reason or another. Overall, this particular rental, I wouldn't recommend. Very disappointed in this rental....

“The unit was very well furnished & decorated. The view of the pool & ocean were very relaxing. The building however, needs exterminator services. The lobby has several mosquitos, and there were several roaches in the kitchen area. “Terrible place to stay. Pictures are deceiving. Does. Ot look anything like the pictures on the website. The communication is terrible and hard to reach. The apartment itself is gross and filled with bugs and smells really bad inside. Please remove this from your website, place is such a scam and not worth the money ”

“Property may not be as good but still ok”

I contacted Hotels.com if i can cancel my reservation so they sent a message to the property and they didn't get a response after 24hrs so Hotels told me my reservation is still in place. The property owner responded later on to my inquiry and...

“Nothing likeable in this unit. It is smelly, the cleaner itself do not know how to clean the room and she herself is the owner but do not know how to clean.”

“スリッパは使い捨てを使い回し。 シャワーが時間帯で弱い。 シーツも前の宿泊者から取り替えていない？ 18時以降はコンシェルジュおらず、チェックインに苦労した。（鍵が見当たらず、悪戦苦闘）”
