I really enjoyed my stay — everything was super clean, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is great, quiet, and convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience — I would definitely stay here again!

Location is great if you need to be close to USA consulate, however for 2 days no hot water in a property and wifi signal is extremely unreliable. Front desk staff is friendly and close proximity to everything.

The staff were very helpful and it was a great trip. The entrance is a little hard to find, so that's a problem.I would like a sign to be put up at the D1 entrance of the building.

It is a nice hotel, very clean and roomy. The staff is very helpful. When we visited it, the weather was super cold, around -32C outside with strong winds, and inside the room we stayed in, it was pretty cold when we just checked in. We asked the staff to take a look at what was going on, and they helped us right away. After they did something, the room temperature was normal. We will stay there again on our next visit.

Hotel service is poor. During my staying in the Hotel I didn't see any cleanings in rooms, no one person from cleaning stuff. All towels were grey instead of white!

The room was totally different than pictures. Horrible, dirty and cold with open windows that was impossible to close. Tv poorly worked. No housekeeping provided, no new towels, been offered, no trash picked up fo 11! Nights stay.
