“Great place to stay”

“Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. ”

La ducha no me gusto mucho porque el agua se estancaba, el resto bien. El hotel incluia desayuno buffet y cena. La recepcion la encontre muy oscura creo que le falta luminosidad. El personal del hotel amable. Un poco alejado de los lugares de interes pero como los taxis son baratos no fue tanto problema”

“Everything was great the staff had some problems coordinating my reservation with Expedia but in the end were happy to let me stay. I don’t think they ever found my reservation.”
