This is a small room and simple hotel that is run by locals; no big company. The breakfast is good with pastry, eggs, sliced meat and cheese. The grandma who runs the front desk is a sweetheart.

the property is beautiful and looks to be recently refurbished. Very clean and everything worked well. it is on a bit of a busy street, so street parking can be a bit of a challenge. would definitely stay here again.

The property is well situated at the foothils of St Francis Cathedral. The room was quite cramped for 3 persons. The restaurant on site is great option for dining. Breakfast was also good, bit on a sweeter side, lots of pastry and cakes, limited on salty savory options. I'd recommand this place, well priced.

We arrived at the hotel which was close to the church of St. Francis - our main reason for coming to Assisi on this trip. The hotel was small, very pretty and appeared to be family run as it was attached to a residence. Parking was in a spacious lot. The flowers and olive trees were beautiful! The hotel was at the foot of a very steep road going up to the church and town. Look for the cat shelter tucked into the wall on the way up! We walked it -slowly- but you can also take a car. Breakfast was a wonderful selection of pastries, meats, cheeses and yoghurt. They hotel has a great espresso machine and the coffee is very good. We enjoyed our short stay very much!

Room looked clean but had a damp, musty smell, possibly mold in curtains. The soap dispenser fell off the wall. At night, loud bubbling pipes made it hard to sleep unless completely exhausted. Staff were the only positive. For pilgrims without a car, reaching the property after sunset is dangerous due to some portion of roads at length were unlit; I had to use my phone flashlight to see, and alert oncoming cars. Wifi and mobile reception is also poor.

Reelt et ok hotel som lå tæt på det sted vi var til bryllup. Mama der stod i receptionen kunne intet andet end italiensk. På et tidspunkt var der en datter eller svigerdatter der gik det bedre. Da vi skulle til bryllup ville vi tage bad midt på dagen. Og der var der intet varmt vand. Gilmore reception og på tegnsprog lykkedes det mig at få fremtryllet det varme vand. Men det var flere af os der slet ikke kommentar inden brylluppet. Meget støj fra gang arealer. Massere af kage til morgenmad. Og æg og yougurt. Brød gør man det ikke så meget i.
