La struttura è carina ed ancora in lavorazione , la camera piccola ma buona purtroppo però a tetto e con un caldo soffocante , l'aria condizionata rumorosa e poco efficiente . I servizi non esistono : recepsion chiude alle 20 e riapre la mattina , colazione obbligata alla 7:30 , ristorante chiuso , piscina a pagamento , frigobar spento e vuoto .

Excelente lugar; bonito, muy natural y con una vista maravillosa de la ciudad. Nos gustó la atención y el restaurante; la comida exquisita. Se recomienda este lugar; vale la pena.

tutto molto bene!

tutto molto bene, è la seconda volta che soggiorno al Bellavista sempre tutto ok pulizia, cortesia... Hanno il ristorante pizzeria, si mangia bene e buon servizio, il giovedi hanno turno di chiusura (non lo sapevo...) comunque tutto ok.

Lhotel è indubbiamente in una posizione invidiabile rispetto ad Assisi. Gode di un panorama sulla cittadina molto bello. La piscina e' tenuta bene e molto pulita. L'unica nota negativa è che nella ns camera il box doccia era rotto e , nonostantante l'abbia segnalato alla responsabile, nulla è stato fatto. Ovviamente non è stato facile fare la doccia.

Posizione strategica, vista favolosa

La posizione è ottima, fermata autobus all'entrata. Assisi e Santa Maria degli Angeli raggiungibile anche a piedi attraverso la suggestiva "mattonata" percorso pedonale. Ottima ospitalità e buoni consigli per il soggiorno da parte dei proprietari. Camere calde e pulite, colazione con dolci fatti in casa (goduria) e il ristorante di cucina casareccia ha riscaldato la nostra serata(tutto buono e abbondante). Tutti cordiali e vista mozzafiato Lo consigliamo

Good place to stay for visiting Assisi

Everything we needed for a couple of nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming. A lot of noise from other guests inside and outside the building at night and very early in the morning, plus smokers standing under the window late at night, made it less good. Restaurant was very busy but when we eventually got a table it did really good pasta dishes and loads of pizza. Buffet breakfast was OK with quite a range of things on offer. Plenty of car parking. Walking distance from the San Francisco Basilica (uphill) or a bus passes the hotel if you wish.

Bellavista - der passende Name

Die Lage des Hotels Bellavista ist perfekt. Assisi lässt sich zu Fuß den Berg hoch in ca. 30 min erreichen. Danach geht`s dann in Assisi natürlich auch noch ein wenig bergauf - insgesamt vom Bellavista bis ganz nach oben rund 250 Höhenmeter. Wer`s einfacher haben möchte, direkt vor dem Hotel hält der Linienbus alle 30 Minuten. Die Anlage des Hotels mit schöner Wiese und einem Pool bietet gerade am Abend einen tollen Blick auf Assisi. Bellavista ist absolut ein passender Hotelname. Unser Zimmer, na ja, war jetzt nicht ganz so toll. Recht klein, da auch noch ein Stockbett im Zimmer stand - insgesamt aber sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das dazugehörige Restaurant mit einem sehrguten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Dort sind auch nicht nur Hotelgäste, sondern viele Stammgäste aus dem Ort und ab 20:30 Uhr wird`s recht voll. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Familienbetrieb, den man durchaus empfehlen kann.

Excelente acceso a Assis, si bien queda a unos 2kms, podes acceder en auto o caminando. La pileta es un extra imperdible. El desayuno muy completo y el restaurante que está en la misma propiedad tiene precios económicos y es de muy buena calidad. Estadía satisfactoria, muy recomendable!

Helpful hotel

The staff of this hotel were friendly and gave amazing service from the front desk to restaurant and each person encountered. It was quiet in a scenic location. Restaurant food was delicious
