“Stayed for 1 night, we had lunch on arrival which was really nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was ok basic but very clean, on waking up this morning we could not get any hot water to come out of the shower not a big problem. Breakfast, Had a full English not very nice, egg under cook 1 tiny little hash brown bacon small only good thing was the sausages. “Reception was an easy check in, no lift to second floor, no help with suitcase. Room was spacious and had everything I needed fan iron tea making things (no dcaff options). Breakfast was basic again no dcaff options (i did ask for dcaff t bags and was told on order) they never appeared, gluten free options very basic no GF bread, the sausage were not nice, menu choices for dinner again very poor I had chips because only option, all staff were lovely. I was at the bar one night ordering...

“The place was amazing. Two very nice, peaceful gardens, even though one was by a busy road. Part of the house dated back from, I think, pre 1066. Not 100% sure on that. But it was very old. The owner was very helpful with just about everything! Loads to look at in the place. Very higgledy piggeldy!. I loved it and would definitely stay again. 5 stars from me.”

“Arrived 30 mins before check in and was taken straight to our room. The lady that showed us to our room was lovely, and was very kind when my toddler chatted away to her. Room was clean and looked lovely. I liked that you could park right outside your room which was easy to unload the car. The view from the patio was endless countryside and at night it was rural enough that there was no light pollution and could see the stars. Room was well stocked with all types of teas and coffees. “We thought Hintlesham Hall was superb. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to please. The accommodation was very clean and our room was well equipped with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. We enjoyed sitting in the pretty garden. We will definitely visit again!”
