When we arrived the owner claimed that she didn't received our reservation confirmation because the email was sent to the spam folder (!!) although we had already paid our stay through credit card. But she said that we were lucky(!!) and she found a room for us in another establishment and in the same price. The other room was worst than the one we booked and certainly had a lower cost. “We stayed in a Deluxe Duplex with a Private Pool and we had a great experience. The property was very clean and we had everything we needed, including amenities you’d find in 4/5* hotels which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was incredibly clean and no smell of chemicals. It’s not heated, but the temperature was perfect and quite refreshing in the hot weather.”
