Prime location , our room was small but workable for three people. Staff was pleasant and helpful, Check-in was a breeze. Breakfast was basic but hit the spot. Steps from transport hub and Ajax gondola , and very central within Aspen village , very short walk to many restaurants and shops. Overall great stay.

Staff was really nice and the room was lovely. But…it was NOISY! I don’t know what was going on every night but there were people yelling and talking so loud we could literally hear them through the window from the third floor. Had no idea Aspen had that kind of wild night life but we barely slept the two nights we were there. It’s a shame because it’s really cute and very well-located. Down side - there is no hotel parking and it was very difficult to park!

Did not get a chance to interact with the staff due to a very late check in/arrival, but they did reach out before hand with clear instructions on getting in the building and into the room. Overall good stay. Traveled with family (small children). The room was nice but you could tell a few things needed to be fixed - broken cabinet, crooked TV stand, broken blinds, etc. Room was clean and pleasantly decorated. Would definitely stay again!
