We loved out stay in Jerome hotel. This is a beautiful iconic hotel and the staff were attentive and friendly. The atmosphere of the lobby and living room is warm and cozy. The only issue was that our room was facing the main street and we could hear cars and noise at night but overall we had a lovely time in the hotel.

If you really want to treat yourself, stay at the Jerome. The staff and service are excellent, and there is a lot of attention to detail here. One jacuzzi didn’t work. In the past at night I would get special things Like a cookie or hot coco. That no longer happens. The maid would come way too early. Like 8 am. And wake me. The tea service in the room was great. The soda choice in the fridge was not enough. Only one ginger ale
