David, Anne and team go above and beyond to make everyone feel appreciated about being a guest. It’s a clean, old fashioned inn. Bed and pillows good. Everyone is getting up for activities but if you wanted to sleep late wouldn’t be likely because of boots on stairs and walkway. Very glad I faced the courtyard and was near parking lot. Light sleepers would struggle facing Main Street. Simple breakfast but the warmed up quiche is nice. Easy walk to town and dining. Really liked White House tavern, Felix cafe for coffee and tea and charming Italian cafe Sant Ambroeus coffee bar and meat and cheese for salads and delicious looking platters.
