The staff were very courteous and helpful. The indoor waterpark was huge, and it was especially nice since we have kids. The hot tub and sauna were a bonus for the adults there :)

There were some pictures online that showed the hotel pool had a waterslide. It turns out the slides were removed in 2024, so my daughter was pretty disappointed. In our room, the tv was not working, the alarm clock was unplugged and wouldn't turn on when I plugged it back in, and one of the lights wasn't working. I asked at the front desk how often the top comforter gets laundered and they weren't sure. Luckily they gave me fresh bedding so I could feel confident staying there. The hotel definitely feels a little run down, but the staff were helpful and kind and the pools (even without the water slide) were fun for my daughter.

This was an amazing stay! How incredible to have the beautiful Bay in their backyard? There was a trail down to a little sandy beach, with a supply of fishing poles(and worms), inner tubes, a dozen yard games and a beautiful terrace complete with sunscreen and bug spray. The room was well appointed and perfect for our family of five. Sofa beds all have room for improvement, but we all had a wonderful sleep and a bountiful breakfast the next morning. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on both days, and had a wonderful family getaway. I would love to come back again!

Rooms was clean. We had a pup with us so we had a dog friendly room. When we woke up in the morning husband found 3 ticks on him and one on the dog. Reported it to front desk and employee just took our complaint and said he would give to manager never heard from him. The pool area was beautiful
