Reception area modern and welcoming. Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. Romm, clean. Bed comfy. Sky TV, frustrating (took ages to find channels we wanted) windows need sealing as could feel a draft and hear traffic noise. However the worst thing was the noise from the other guests - banging on doors and running up and down the corridors until 1am. So frustrating.

Great parking, nice hotel very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly. We had a very nice breakfast before our onward journey to Dover ferry port, which is only 35 minutes away.

Guys, I promise you, never slept on a better mattress in a hotel. We spent a night only and our room was spacious with a large desk. We had also breakfast and the staff was really friendly. As we travel to the uk quite often, we will most probably go back!
